Cloud Computing: A Buzzword

Cloud computing has emerged as an alternative to conventional computing. In conventional computing, we store our data on single PC and it can be accessed only at that PC. But in case of Cloud Computing, the user can store his data on a cloud and it can be accessed at any place and at any time. Cloud computing should not be confused with grid computing. The basic difference between the two is that the former is just a virtual concept and the latter is a physical organisation of resources in form of grid.
